Moving piston in a shock tube problem using unsteady, viscous and compressible flows

I am trying to simulate a moving (supersonic) piston in a shock tube using 2D unsteady, viscous and compressible flow and I am not able to find a good resource (paper) for the same. How to discretize the Navier Stokes equation and implement the moving boundary conditions?
Note: The velocity of the piston is 900 m/s and the diameter of the shock tube is 8mm.
Please help. Thanks!
