athadkar is on a distinguished road
I have a geometry of pipe intersecting a surface resulting in an extremely acute angle (tangent point & image attached). No matter how fine the element size is, this corner ends up with terrible quality cells. These cells are resulting in energy residual divergence.

Could anyone provide their opinion on how to sort this?
