How can I generate a mesh like the one shown in the figure? |

I would like to generate a mesh similar to the one shown in the figure: with boundary layer cells aligned parallel to the slope, while the outer region remains Cartesian (horizontally and vertically aligned). Could you suggest any software capable of achieving this mesh topology, aside from SnappyHexMesh?

Depends on what you use. With snappyHexMesh you just need to add inflation layers. But with blockMesh it may be more complex; you may need to create a block parallel to the slope.
