circumferential groove casing treatments with Numeca

I am wondering whether someone has carried out the numerical simulation of axial compressor with circumferential groove casing treatments with Numeca? I now have the detailed geometry of the groove, when I meshed with AutoGrid 5, how to get the detailed .dat file of input CAD, from the IGG? or from other CAD software?
