Question how to make good geometry in STL format

bayu is on a distinguished road
i have some project with many surface body,and its hard to making solid body with parasolid "x_t". so,, i try for making STL format,but so many group and i confused for rename one by one many surface i have when i using this way. any body can help me for making simple this way or another way??
