Mesh from hexpress to Starccm+ -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

I have a colleague that would like to use the mesh generated from Hexpress to StarCCM. It could be simple just using the option of exporting from Hexpress but it didnt work. The exporting file from hexpress is in xxx.ccm format. My colleague import the file but it doesnt recognize the file. Does anyone here how to fix the problem? I kindly appreciate the help J.
