DES model in Fine/Turbo

Hi everyone,

I'm working on the simulation of a case, I used ssT these days.

But when I read the documents today, I found that Fine/Turbo has already support DES model. But there is no detail guide here, and I can't see any option here.

So, how can I do DES simulation here in Fine/Turbo?

The recommended NUMECA software for DES simulations is FINE™/Open with OpenLabs™. It has a much higher level of capabilities and validation.

I don't have experiences of FINE/OPEN. Is the process of setting up a case in it just like that in FINE/TURBO? I'm performing simulations on an axial compressor.

Hi,
The interface of FINE™/Open with OpenLabs™ is very similar to FINE™/Turbo. You will surely recognize the GUI as quite the same. For an axial compressor you can still use AutoGrid5™ for the meshing. This mesh can then be used for a simulation with the FINE™/Open solver.

So it would be surely worth to try.
