NUMECA Problem about Parallel Partitioned Computation

I have a grid with H-O-H topology on B2B section, and it has three blocks. At first, i used parallel computation in FINE/TURBO, it is ok and I could get results. But it is too slow considering I could use three processes at most. So when I choosed parallel partitioned computation, it appeared "run time error" sometimes and sometimes it worked well.
And the .std file shows below:

check_feature 'Solver'
checking regular version
STARTING NUMECA FLOW SOLVER
Broadcasting the runfile
Building the project from broadcasted data
...done in 0-sec (Building the project from broadcasted data)

...done in 0-sec (Broadcasting the runfile)

Running the partitioning...
Assembling the initial block decomposition from the FINE topology...
...done in 0-sec (3 blocks found)

Virtualizing the patches
The following patches have not been connected: 1 INL patches, 1 OUT patches, 8 SOL patches,

i am also getting same problem

You can see the .std files to find what the error is. If you encountered the same problem(Not enough grid level to go from the fine to the coarse grid), you can try to close the multigrid parameters(set current grid level 0 0 0) or adjust your grid.
