the problem about design3D

I optimized rotor 37 by fine/design3D. I can suceed in accomplishing Fitting, Screening, Database. However,there is a problem in Optimization model. After importing the .trb file in CFD package, importing a training database and setting objective fuction, there is a warning about "DATABASE FILE/NOT FOUND" when I press process/start. And the optimization can not be run.
