The case MPICH-GM of switch ("$WM_MPLIB") appears twice in the file settings.csh in the patched OpenFOAM source version OpenFOAM-1.5.x.git. The latter one should be:
case HPMPI:

In the file etc/settings.sh this is correctly written.
