SnappyHexMesh hangs wile mesh refinement

Hi all,

after increasing the level of surface refinement higer than 4 snappyhexmesh hangs:

thanks for that offer. I will look what I can do for you. However it is very difficult for me to find the problematic regions of my geometry. Regards.
