Courant utility does not always use correct deltat

Default I noticed this in OF 1.4. The

I noticed this in OF 1.4. The utility that calculates the Courant number assumes that the time step is the deltat value from the controlDict. In cases where some other control alters the time step (such as the Accoustic Courant number limitation), this utility gives incorrect results.
