Purpose of this (sub)forum
 

This sub-forum has been open to discuss the following toolkits and derivates works based on them and any other new toolkits:

• FSI toolkit (website) -- list this topic
  
• solidMechanics (website) -- list this topic
  
• solids4foam (website) -- The solids4Foam toolkit merges and extends the FSI toolkit with the solidMechanics toolkit. -- list this topic
• stressAnalysis (tutorial cases in OpenFOAM et al) -- list this topic

Dear Bruno,
Although the contents on this forum are very valuable, it seems somehow inactive, because I always receive an answer for the questions I ask in other forums, except this forum that I receive no comment on my questions...

At the moment very few people use these toolkits and work with FSI, therefore very few people have the knowledge needed to be able to answer to your questions. Furthermore, if you overlap the fact that those people that have the knowledge also have very little free time in their lives, it becomes even more complicated for anyone to be able to answer here.

This to say that questions about these toolkits should not involve topics that people should have already learned from working with other solvers and utilities that are not specific to these toolkits/solvers.
