Hello everyone!
I am currently trying to compile the waveDyMFoam solver to use dynamic mesh motion on waves2foam. This new solver is a combination of interDMyFoam (overinterDMyFoam in my case) and waveFoam. I am following the guideline presented here: https://sites.google.com/site/jordim...ic-mesh-motion But I am unable to compile it, even though I have successfully compiled waves2foam on OpenFOAM v-1912. When I try to compile this new solver, I get the following error message: Make/linux64GccDPInt32Opt/options:63: *** missing separator. Stop. Make/linux64GccDPInt32Opt/options:63: *** missing separator. Stop. wmake error: file 'Make/linux64GccDPInt32Opt/sourceFiles' could not be created in /home/carlos/OpenFOAM/carlos-v1912/applications/utilities/waves2Foam/applications/solvers/solvers1912_PLUS/waveFoam/waveDyMFoam I am also unable to compile it using foam extend 4.0 (it gives me the same error). Do someone know how to solve this? I've been stuck in it for quite a while now and the answers to the similar questions I have found in this forum did not work for me. Best regards, Carlos |

Hi Carlos,
You are missing one or more '\' in your options file. Kind regards Niels
