Hi all,

I recently developed rhoEnergyFoam, a compressible solver with shock capturing capabilities that is sensibly less dissipative than the standard compressible OpenFOAM solvers.

The solver is described in the following publication
https://www.sciencedirect.com/scienc...45793017301305

and the source code is available for research purposes at
http://newton.dima.uniroma1.it/rhoenergyfoam/

Cheers,

Davide

mAlletto will become famous soon enough
just tied to connect to the web page of the solver, but the web page seems unreachable.

Quick answer: The server must have gone down only recently. There is a Google Cache dated 21st of December 2018, so only a couple of days ago. You can find it by searching for:
Code:
site:uniroma1.it rhoenergyfoam

I would like to use rhoEnergyFoam for homogeneous isotropic decaying turbulence for hypersoinc flows. This simulation i want to run for 128x128x128 grids. I am using OpenFoam v6. Please suggest me what changes are required in constant and system folders to run this simulation? Test case of 32x32x32 have been performed.
