Water receding at the beach

Hello,
I have a problem with my solitary wave setup. I have a sloping beach subjected to a solitary wave. As the solitary wave gets closer to the beach the water starts receding from the beach. Is there any way to avoid this? Would appreciate your help. Many thanks, Ali |
