Symmetry Boundary Condtions

Hi,
I am having trouble creating symmetry Boundary Conditions. I simplified the case by taking a cube and placing it along the front(symmetry plane). The cube is being distorted, and face is getting distorted too. If possible, can you help me out. As this is a simple case, I can upload the files too |
