Hi,

I am stuck on a simple problem with regards to defining a perturbation interface of alpha phase using funkySetFields.

My objective is to define an interface of initial alpha phase that defines a perturbation given in the equation below

expression.jpg

The interface should look like this

perturbation_shape.jpg

I defined a funkySetFields like

expressions
(
interface
{
field alpha.liquid;
expression "1";
condition "pos().z>=-0.001*(cos((2*3.141593*pos().x)-3.141593)+1)+4.5";
}
);

It keeps giving me a flat profile rather than the interface shown in the above.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Regards
Robert
