Hi all,
I successfully compiled waves2foam and it works fine in tutorials. If I try to use mpi -np #core waveFoam -parallel command in cluster it also works fine. On the other hand, if I submit a job using qsub Job.sh command, I got the following error: "waveFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory -------------------------------------------------------------------------- mpirun noticed that the job aborted, but has no info as to the process that caused that situation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------" Since it is a cluster I need to submit jobs using qsub command. I appreciate it if you could help me to solve the issue. |
