AMR version of fireFoam
 

Hi All,

We have recently published a version of fireFoam called diffusionFireFoam that incorporates AMR for efficient simulation of diffusion flames. Links to the publication and associated git repo with code and example cases are included below :

It was developed for ofdev between releases 6 and 7, but will compile with minimal changes for versions 6/7. Work is underway to incorporate additional physics/functionality.

Hi All,

We have recently extended the work to incorporate all fireFoam functionality and have demonstrated it for efficient simulation and optimization (using Dakota) of fire spread and suppression.
