[Other] foam extend documentation

Dear all,

I am starting with foam extend 4.1.

Do you know guys where can I get some documentation? Books, presentations, user's guide, tutorial guide...

I found this, but it is not enough:

your link is from a openfoam workshop there are always trainings on the past workshops

long time ago I bought "The OpenFOAM Technology Primer": sourceflux.de/book a selfpublished book but website is down

there are books from "Springer publishing" Hrv Jasak had a strong opinon on one of those books

Thanks Elvis for your contribution. I have the OpenFOAM book as well (this one and the free version from Tobias Holzmann).

I will check carefully the references. I found foam extend very interesting.
