Hello everyone,

While using waves2Foam to conduct wave simulations, sometimes, I came across a strange issue where the generated waves abnormally break near the end of the inlet relaxation zone, as illustrated by the attached image below. I tried different length of the relaxation zone and different value of Tsoft, and they didn't help me out. Anyone suggests a solution for me to try please? Thanks a lot!

Hi YS,
Did you find out why this is happening? I am facing a similar issue for large waves.

This problem is mainly due to the mismatch between the water depth set by the wave maker (waveProperties) and the actual depth of the computational domain.
