New VIM plugin for OpenFOAM

Hi!
I just readapted an old vim plugin by toby holzmann to newer versions of OpenFOAM, in particular v7 and v10 of the .org versions. Besides some change in the plugin organization and the OpenFOAM files recognition, I added the automatic search of OpenFOAM types such as boundary conditions and fvOptions.
