Error executing OpenFOAM 1.6 ext

I installed OpeFOAM 1.6-ext, but when I run the "alias" It return this error:

tom@ubuntu:~$ F16ext
bash: /home/tom/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.6-ext/ThirdParty/packages/mesquite-2.1.2/platforms//etc/mesquite-2.1.2.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /home/tom/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.6-ext/ThirdParty/packages/metis-5.0pre2/platforms//etc/metis-5.0pre2.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /home/tom/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.6-ext/ThirdParty/packages/ParMetis-3.1.1/platforms//etc/ParMetis-3.1.1.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /home/tom/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.6-ext/ThirdParty/packages/ParMGridGen-1.0/platforms//etc/ParMGridGen-1.0.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /home/tom/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.6-ext/ThirdParty/packages/libccmio-2.6.1/platforms//etc/libccmio-2.6.1.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /home/tom/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.6-ext/ThirdParty/packages/scotch-5.1.10b/platforms//etc/scotch-5.1.10b.sh: No such file or directory
bash: /home/tom/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.6-ext/ThirdParty/packages/cmake-2.8.8/platforms//etc/cmake-2.8.8.sh: No such file or directory

As you can see there are some missing files in ...platforms/(missed file)/ect
I have search and the missing file is "linux64GccDPOpt", which exist, but I don't know what should I do in order to make it work.

I am using Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS, processor 64bits

I Follow the installations instructions from http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kur...OwnLaptop.html

I am just installing the 1.6-ext version, and I do not have any other version of OpenFOAM already installed

Hi Tom,

I mean no disrespect to the authors of that page, but I suggest that you try these instructions instead: http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/In...u#Ubuntu_12.04

Best regards,
Bruno
