Has anyone successfully compiled OF on Windows?

I am just interested in whether anyone has successfully compiled OF on MS Windows, according to the link here

If anyone has succeeded, please kindly let me know and I will also have a try.

I succeeded the cross-compiling with OF1.7. I just followed the OpenFOAM WIKI http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Ti...ows_with_MinGW , but with minor modifications.

However, compiling OF2.0 or higher version is still unsuccessful. Did anyone has succeeded?
