windows installation unsuccessful

I'm still have the problem of getting "Error in run: Failed to start machine "boot2docker-vm" : exit status 1" after uninstall and reinstall OpenFOAM in Windows 7 for many times. (pls see image attached)

The following post didn't seem to help, either:

May I ask you advice on how to solve this frustrating problem?
