Hi
I installed openfoam 2.3.0 in ubuntu 14.04Lts from the sourcepack. Now the compilation mode is set to "Opt". I do not have a Linux64GccDPDebug directory inside the platforms folder.
I set the OpenFoam/OpenFoam/etc/ bashrc file to
WM_COMPILE_OPTION=Debug
and also the root bashrc file
echo "alias OF23xDebug='. $HOME/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.3.0/etc/bashrc
WM_COMPILE_OPTION=Debug'" >> $HOME/.bashrc

and when I run ln -s linux64GccDPOpt linux64GccDPDebug.
I get the following error
ln: failed to create symbolic link ‘linux64GccDPDebug/linux64GccDPOpt’: File exists

How can I overcome the problem and run applications in debug mode.

Thanks
