I would like to implement Immersed boundary method in OpenFOAM by adding a force term to the Navier stokes equation .
Some extra steps should be added between the PISO algorithm steps of the icoFoam e.g adding a force term, interpolating velocity at specific interface etc.
Does anybody have any guide, idea, code etc. on how to implement any of these steps?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Dr. Tukovic had coded a type of immersed boundary methods into OpenFOAM. You may take a glance at it:

Thank you for your reply.
But the mentioned project, changes the boundary conditions to implement this method, and not adding a force term to the navier stokes equation.

Daniel, I am looking to exactly do this. Were you able to implement it. Can you please elaborate the procedure?
