Ubuntu 16.04 Active Directory Authentication/OpenFOAM
Hi everyone,
For security reasons, I'm wanting to get all of my Linux users workstations on the Active Directory Domain for Authentication purposes. I'm running into an issue with OpenFoam removing the path from the .bashrc when run. See the following error messages: sed: -e expression #1, char 78: unknown option to `s' bash: uname: No such file or directory Your "" operating system is not supported by this release of OpenFOAM. For further assistance, please contact www.OpenFOAM.org Command 'sed' is available in '/bin/sed' Command 'mpicc' is available in '/usr/bin/mpicc' The command could not be located because '/usr/bin' is not included in the PATH environment variable. mpicc: command not found The command could not be located because '/bin' is not included in the PATH environment variable. sed: command not found /opt/openfoam4/bin/foamCleanPath: 110: /opt/openfoam4/bin/foamCleanPath: sed: not found /opt/openfoam4/bin/foamCleanPath: 110: /opt/openfoam4/bin/foamCleanPath: sed: not found bash: sed: No such file or directory /opt/openfoam4/bin/foamCleanPath: 129: /opt/openfoam4/bin/foamCleanPath: sed: not found This only happens for users logging into their computers using their Domain creds. Any advice or solution? |
This issue has been present on previous versions of OpenFoam. It's really frustrating. If anyone can provide some help, it would be greatly appreciated.
