v1606+ Installation on Windows 7

Never used OpenFOAM before. Tried installing on a Windows 7 laptop. Installation seems to work, and I can start with OpenFOAM_start desktop icon. A command prompt appears allowing input, and I could change directory to workingDir. BUT, the issue is that I cannot locate the tutorials. The \Opt folder does NOT exist after installation.
In the FAQ's on openfoam.com it says:
  • Where is OpenFOAM installed in Windows?
The OpenFOAM installation is in /opt/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1606+
  • Where are the OpenFOAM tutorials located?
The OpenFOAM tutorials are located in /opt/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1606+/tutorials
... Again, these folders simply do not exist after the installation. What the installation creates is only this:

\Esi\OpenFOAM\1066\Scripts ... where I guess the installed files are actually located

PLEASE ADVISE. THANK YOU!

Quick request: Can you please provide a snapshot of the window that gives that message?
Or please provide the full text before and after that line, to get a better perception of the context in which the error occurred.
