[OpenFOAM.com] v1612+ with zsh shell

Hello everybody,

I have recently compiled from source OpenFoam 1612. The installation went quite smooth and it works fine.

However I am experiencing some issues with the initial setup of the environment. In particoular when I type:

Code:

source $HOME/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1612+/etc/bashrc

returns an error:

Code:

/home/riccardo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1612+/etc/config.sh/aliases:unset:72: no such hash table element: wmRefresh
/home/riccardo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1612+/etc/config.sh/aliases:unset:84: no such hash table element: foamVersion
/home/riccardo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1612+/etc/config.sh/aliases:unset:101: no such hash table element: foamPV

I have surfed the web but I haven't fixed the problem so far.

Moreover I am not yet a very experienced linux user so I am afraid to mess up something if I am not very sure about what I am doing so I 'd like asking for your help.

Quick answer: Those are only warning messages. It should only happen when it does the following commands:

Code:

unset -f wmRefresh
unset -f foamVersion
unset -f foamPV

Edit the file "etc/config.sh/aliases" and find those lines and comment them out.

Hi Ricky993,

I also use zsh shell and installed v1612+ version of OpenFOAM, same issue happens each time I source the environment, but I couldn't find config.sh in /etc directory, did you solve these warning? If yes, could you please me how? Many thanks!
