OpenFOAM for Windows - Not running

Hi to all,

I would like some help regarding the installation of OpenFOAM in Windows 10.
Believing that I have it installed properly, you can see attached the outputs when running OF_ENV_Create and OpenFOAM_Start (both as an administrator).

What am I doing wrong?
