compiling foam-extend-4.0 after switching to debug mode failed

After a successful installation on an Debian 3.16.51-3+deb8u1 for opt mode from git we get into trouble after switching to debug mode. Neither a simple './Allwmake' nor a preparatory './Allwclean' ended up in a complete compilation!
On a first glance the generation/compilation of global.c and/or debug.c caused definition doubles ... thus missing libfoam.so at least.
If useful for bug-fixing I could add some error messages ...

Currently I recommend to start from a fresh git copy (as described in https://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/H..._and_debugging) and integrate the essential parts into the first installation afterwards!

Quick question: Your non-debug installation was done from Deb package or from git?

Please notice: from git

Hi Bruno, may I ask you to notice my added details considering your question? Tia TL
