foam-extend 4 on ubuntu 17.04

I tried to install OF extend 4 on ubuntu 17.04 as noted here:

but due to unknown problem something get wrong and I cannt finalize installation?!?! Can any one help me?!

You should provide full information, without which no one can help you. You have mentioned your distro and the steps you followed. But you have failed to specify the first error message you receive and the step on which you are stuck.

Foam extend 4.0 works on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS without any problem. No idea for 17.04.
