[OpenFOAM.com] problem: compiling of1806 on ubuntu 14.04

Hi guys!
i have a problem with compiling the new of 1806 version.
I have to run it on ubuntu 14.04 whithout possibility to switch to a recent ubuntu version.

to do so , i have followed the openfoam wiki guide about previous version , but with no results.

Basically I managed to download and compile the thirdParty and the OpenFOAM folder but, when i run the snappyHexMesh tool i get this error:

OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-v1806/platforms/linux64GccDPInt32Opt/bin/snappyHexMesh: error while loading shared libraries: libkahipDecomp.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This looks strange since this library exists and the path is correct.

How can i fix this problem?
Could you give me some hints please?

check if the path of this library is correctly in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

Theorically if you have source your environment with source etc/bashrc of your Openfoam directory, the path are loaded in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PATH variables

Moreover, check the rights of the library.

i've done the check..the path of the libary is correct and it exists. Permissions are ok...
