Default install Paraview by compiling source

OpenFOAM-5.0

I successfully run ./Allwmake. by running ./makeParaview, I successfully download the Paraview package. but it quits with the following error message.

$ ./makeParaView
ParaView-5.4.0 exists. Not downloading...
qmake: invalid option -- 'u'
qmake: invalid option -- 'y'

OS: CentOS 3.10.0-693.21.1.el7.x86_64
