~/OpenFOAM/ThirdParty-v1812$ ./makeParaView |
Hello
First see the error msg: Code:
Expected value for VTK_QT_VERSION is '5' Code:
Version information Code:
apt-get install qt4-dev-tools libqt4-dev xx Install a newer version of Qt either by using package manager or compiling from the source. Then set its install path to QT_ARCH_PATH in the Third-Party/etc/tools/QtFunctions file. QMAKE_PATH also serves the same purpose I guess, but I haven't tried it and I don't want to cause any confusion. xx Send the Qt version you want to install as an argument to the script. Something like: ./makeParaview -qt-5 xx Downgrade ParaView version to something that could consistently work with Qt4.8. For instance sth. like should work: ./makeParaview -version 5.4 (See usage menu in the script). I'd try 2nd item first, because you don't need to do anything else. You can also consider the first option to understand how environment is updated and scripts work. I'd avoid third option, but it should probably work too. // Fatih |
