Installation of Linux on VirtualBox for OpenFOAM sims

Hi all..

I have troubles installing Ubuntu to run OpenFOAM on virtual box.. Can anyone help??

I've installed VB and tried to install Ubuntu as guest, but get the following messages whereafter nothing happens:
/dev/sda5/ recovering journal

What do I do??
