[OpenFOAM.com] Installed v1612+ on Cluster WITHOUT sudo privilege

Guys,

Just let you know I have successfully installed OpenFOAM-v1612+ on both my desktop (CentOS Linux 7.4.1708) and University's Cluster (Scientific Linux Linux 6.9 (Carbon), WITHOUT sudo privilege)

Hope it can help with your own installation.

I am currently running some tests based on my own model and see if the installation is truly successful.
