Default OpenFOAM for Windows: Permission denied when copying tutorials

Brand new to CFD and OpenFOAM. Installed (apparently) successfully. I'm now trying to run the tutorial as per the FAQ here : and get this error when trying to copy the tutorial: cp: cannot create directory './cavity': Permission denied.
