[OpenFOAM.com] OpenFOAM-v1912 installation

Hi,
I am having trouble installing OpenFOAM-v1912 on my machine (UBUNTU18.04.3LTS). I have tried installing based on the build guide provided. When I put in the code

Code:

./makeParaview

. The following error pops up. When I have skipped this step and ran the next steps, OpenFOAM was installed successfully, but when I try opening ParaFoam, an error pops saying it can't find it.

Hi,

This is an issue related to Ubuntu using dash instead of bash. You have to switch to bash with :

Code:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure dash

Check this bug report for details.
