illuminati5288 is on a distinguished road

I recently got interested in OpenFOAM after using starccm+ for a while. I was able to install OpenFOAM using the docker container on my Mac OS using this link.

It works very well. However I came across some tutorials that required FOAM-EXTEND. I tried creating an ubuntu container and copied over the deb file. However it fails while trying to install in the docker container.

Does anyone know how to create a container or a similar installation like the open website for Mac OS?
