x-post of OpenFOAM on EC2/AWS

I created a tutorial, how to setup OpenFOAM (OpenFOAM-7 Foundation development branch) on EC2 (Amazon Web Services).

https://github.com/jmozmoz/clusterTe...tall_of_aws.md

Perhaps it helps other people. If you find any mistakes or have suggestens for improvements, please share it.

I would also like to put the content on openfoamwiki.net. But I am not sure where/how. So if anybody wants to put it there, please go ahead (or send me instructions where to put it).
