Foam-extend 4.0 installation WSL Ubuntu 20.04

Hi,

I have had great trouble trying to install foam-extend 4.0 on Ubuntu 20.04 as the instructions listed on the Wiki do not seem to work for me. So after a lot of searching and bringing together of different aspects from other forum posts, attached is the exact process i used to complete what I think is a successful installation of foam-extend 4.0 using WSL on Ubuntu 20.04.
