How to complie firefoamdev or firefoam 2.2.x correctly with OpenFOAMdev or OpenFoam.
 

Hi,
I am working on Project "Fire Swirls simulation" and for that I need to use firefoamdev or firefoam2.2.x. developed by FM Global
I tried to compile fireform dev with Open Foam dev on ubuntu 16.04 using this reference - https://github.com/FireRiskAlliance/firefoam-install
I tried from this reference a lot of times but failed every time.
After this I tried to compile firefoam2.2.x with openfoam2.2.2 on ubuntu 18.04(compiled from this link - https://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/I...u#Ubuntu_18.04) but again failed . The error logfile during this compilation is attached .
I am stuck with this from along and I need to complete this project soon.

If you use fireFoam from OpenFOAM-v2012 (Dec 2020 release) it should have everything that your referenced repo from 2017 has.
For Ubuntu, you can use the precompiled packages
