Just as the title reads, can you tell me or direct me to how I can install OpenFOAM v1812 on Ubuntu 18.04? I really appreciate it!

openfoam-1812 is getting a bit old (more than 2-1/2 years now) so you would need to build from source. However, there probably isn't any reason for you not to use a more recent version (eg openfoam2106) for which there are prebuilt Ubuntu packages. At the time of writing Ubuntu 18.04 is still being targeted.
