Hey!
I found the Openfoam binaries at http://powerlab.fsb.hr/ped/kturbo/OpenFOAM/release/ very useful to get started with Openfoam, because I couldn't manage to compile it myself.

Is such a precompiled archive available for 64-bit linux, too?

Enjoy OpenFOAM,

Thank you, Hrvoje, for offering to upload the 64 bit version. Where do you put it?

Mirko, before I start over with the compilation experience, I would like to check whether the native 64 bit code promises a significant speedup. If yes, your expanded instructions are more than welcome.
