It pains me that I think that you didn't read the thread I posted in my post #5...

Anyway, you have an updated cmake in the package ThirdParty-1.6.linuxGcc.gtgz.
Download and unpack it like you did for ThirdParty-1.6.linux64Gcc.gtgz. Then start a new terminal and try again to build ParaView.

And please use the # button for posting code and outputs here (available in advanced reply mode), because otherwise the text comes out messed up :(

i have downloaded cmake-2.6.3-linux-i386.tar.gz from the www.cmake.org and where should i unpack it??....and can you please tell me the command since it is .tar.gz format??....

You should download the version 2.6.4. ".tar.gz" is pretty much the same thing as ".gtgz".

OpenFOAM assumes that if cmake doesn't exist in the system, then it should exist in one of these folders, depending on the version you are running:

$WM_THIRD_PARTY_DIR/cmake-2.6.4/platforms/linux64/
