Problems setting up physical parameters

Hi all

,
I am new in OpenFOAM and I am having problems with in set physical parameters, mesh, . When I type:

./constant/transportProperties

I got the menssage: Permission denied

How can I fix it?

Hi Renata and welcome to the forum!

I hope you've solved your problem, but just in case you haven't yet:

the file "./constant/transportProperties" is not an executable, that's why you got that error message.
that file is just a text file that has the definition of the properties for the case.
you better follow the user guide step by step: http://www.openfoam.com/docs/user/
