how to install OpenFOAM-2.0.1

I am using Centos-5 Linux version. I have downloaded the files OpenFOAM-2.0.1 and thirdParty-2.0.1 and unpack those files. What I will do now? I have checked the installation procedure provided by OpenFOAM but its not working? Could you please help me?

Greetings to all!

@Goutam: Uhm, have you ever read about "bump"ing a thread? Here is what it means: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bump_%28Internet%29 ;)

I'll answer your two other threads right here, namely they are:
If you had searched this forum for what you are looking for, you would have already found this thread: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...hel-5-5-a.html
Ironically, this is the thread that Romant has already mentioned!!

If you search even more, you are bound to find the project CentFOAM: http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawik...itle=Main_Page - this project is dedicated to installing OpenFOAM in RHEL, SL and CentOS! It shows instructions for both automatic and manual installations!

If you have problems following the instructions for the CentFOAM project, read these threads and ask in the first one if you still have questions:
Best regards,
Bruno

Good luck!
